Susanne worked as a customer service “specialist” in her husband’s Chiropractic and Physical Therapy clinics for over fourteen years.
She developed a system for billing and collection that produced annual earned receipts of 96% -102%. Susanne currently shares her
experiences and success in the Chiropractic family through workshops and the column Chiropractic Culture.
Susanne has helped raise two grown children, home-birthed five children and is currently home-schooling three of them.
